Advanced Construction

Each board is crafted starting with an EPS foam blank, precisely measured for the perfect shape, weight, and structure. The blank is then hand-laminated with biaxial fiberglass cloth, using a computer-controlled amount of epoxy resin for optimal consistency. To ensure a flawless finish, the resin is cured using a CNC-cut, heat-pressed mold, guaranteeing durability and performance.
