This innovative manufacturing of boards starts with a blank exactly measured on a block of EPS foam. The density of this EPS block is the key to being able to obtain the perfect shape, weight and structure. The blank is manually coated with biaxial fiberglass cloth, using an amount of epoxy resin measured by computer. To cure the resin, a second pressed mold is used, cut with CNC precision, which is heated to ensure optimal resin distribution.
